Hi and Welcome to Ask A Doctor service. I have read your question and here is my advice.
In fact the details are not suffecient to be sure about the problem.
Howe've if you have had a flue like symtoms for last day ot two , hence causing sneezing .In such cases the swallowing pain and voice problem are understandable .This is a typical story of viral illness that causues flue nd sneezing and may involve the throat .When the throat is involved ( pharangitis ) it can make swallowing painfull. Similarly in the throat are our vocal apparatus which can also be involved causing difficulty in speech or hoarseness of voice .So this all be a story of a viral infection , and I am hopefull this would settle in little time.We incourage more fluids. You can use some painkiller like ibuprofen for the pain and necessary to give rest to voice. ( avoid too much talking or loud voices ).You can use strepsil lozenges which may be available OTC.
However if you any difficulties in swallowing, or any speech probelm of sudden onset , or any facial asymmetry, or weakness in any part of body then you should immediately go to ER for management.
Similarly if the problem persists or worsens you may see your doctor .
Hope I have answered your question. I will be glad to answer any further question about this. Please feel free to ask if you have any further question or special concern .Regards Dr Rahman

Detailed Answer:
Hi Nate , thanks for writing back to us and proviidng the very important details as it changed our thinking .
Now I am a bit more worried and I understand you should see a doc urgently.
Infact holding sneez can cause dangerous injuries to the inside structure .This damage is mostly not significant many times, but few times the damage can be too much and even perforating the wall of our throat is possible .Specially if you have heard popping and if it had made swallowing and neck movements painfull ; this may indicate injury to the throat which can even be a serious one .Like cases has been there where the throat habe been perforated .Though such cases are very rare but still a possibilty.
I understand, you should visit the ER , so that your throat be examined and an xray done to rule out serious injury the structures.I am not saying this to scare you but just to be very safe as this is a possibility .
